Concentrated, extra strength, lo PH presoak formulated to loosen heavy traffic film from all exterior vehicle surfaces. Special surfactants enhance its cleaning ability, making it especially effective on extreme dirt and grime. Can be used as the second step of a two-step presoak process or alone in a one-step process.
